Visy Dior Hotel is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front Office Night Manager to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis.
As the Front Office Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations during evening and overnight hours, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational efficiency, and providing leadership to the front office team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all front office operations during night shifts.
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Complete end-of-day financial reconciliations and reporting.
- Ensure hotel security procedures are followed and maintained.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as required.
- Support and lead team members during shifts.
- Monitor reservations, occupancy levels, and guest satisfaction.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a hotel front office, reception, or supervisory role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience with hotel property management systems (preferred).
- Flexibility to work evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Pay: From $30.73 per hour
