A warm and hardworking family based in Broadbeach Waters, QLD is seeking a caring, experienced nanny to support their two young boys aged 3 years and 4 months.
The family places a strong emphasis on routine, consistency and raising secure, confident children. They are looking for a nanny who will work collaboratively with them and align with their parenting approach, which they describe as being both kind and consistent.
Mum is regularly in and out of the home throughout the day, while Dad works outside the home. Family time is highly valued, and they make a conscious effort to spend quality time together each day.
This is a hands-on childcare position focused on providing nurturing care, engaging activities and maintaining a structured daily routine for the children.
The successful nanny will be responsible for caring for both children throughout the day, including bottle feeding the baby and planning fun, age-appropriate activities.
A typical day may include:

Preparing and serving morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea

Bottle feeding and caring for the baby

Taking the children on walks and outdoor adventures

Visiting local parks and playgrounds

Reading books and encouraging early learning

Dance parties and imaginative play (The eldest love a dance)

Supporting routines, naps and transitions throughout the day

Encouraging independence and positive behaviour

Maintaining a safe, nurturing and engaging environment
The family is looking for someone who enjoys being active, involved and genuinely engaged with young children.
The nanny will be responsible for preparing meals and snacks for the children during working hours.
Requirements include:

Preparing healthy children s meals and snacks

Ensuring all meals are egg-free due to an allergy

Preparing baby meals once solids are introduced

Assisting with lunchbox preparation when the eldest child commences school in 2027
The family does not expect household cleaning, however they would appreciate a nanny who helps maintain organisation around the children by:
