Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (SharePoint) – Healthcare Domain
Location: Sydney
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst (Tech BA) with strong SharePoint experience and preferably a background in the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the delivery of SharePoint-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Lead workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of SharePoint solutions.
- Create user stories, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and other project documentation.
- Facilitate UAT sessions and support defect resolution.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Healthcare domain .
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and SharePoint integrations.
- Experience with data migration and document management solutions.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements within healthcare environments.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is advantageous.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure, Microsoft Teams integration, and Power BI.
- Exposure to healthcare digital transformation projects.
Pay: $83,263.55 – $130,000.00 per year
