We’re seeking an IT Support Officer (Level 1) to join our team in Armidale. This is a practical, entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people and wants to build a career in IT within a diverse organisation.
About this role
As the IT Support Officer (Level 1), you will provide first-line technical support to UNE Life staff across all areas of the organisation. You’ll respond to general IT queries, set up and configure hardware, install and update software, troubleshoot display and connectivity issues, and maintain accurate records of support requests and IT assets.
This role requires a calm, methodical approach, strong communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive organisational information.
