Job Description
Undertake all assigned plumbing and/or maintenance tasks as required, and ensure provision of a comprehensive handyman/maintenance service that complies with legislative standards, corporate policy guidelines and approved Hospital budgets.
About You:

Plumbing Trade Certificate
-
Previous experience in commercial facility maintenance, preferably hospitals
-
Proven experience in external contractor management
-
Experience in and willingness to work across trade areas within skill levels
-
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
-
Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
-
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Demonstrated problem solving skills

Integrity, reliability, honesty & commitment to excellence

Ability to use a variety of position relevant tools & equipment

Sound level of computer literacy skills
