CHEF DE PARTIE – JUJU MERMAID BEACH (GOLD COAST)
We are looking for a passionate and disciplined Chef de Partie to join our team at Juju.
Our kitchen focuses on fresh, seasonal produce, precise execution, and a creative approach to flavour and presentation.
Responsibilities:
Run your section independently (mise en place, service, cleaning)
Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and hygiene
Work efficiently during service in a fast-paced environment
Contribute to menu development and improvement
Communicate clearly and work as part of a supportive team

Previous experience in a similar role and level
Strong organisational skills and respect for cleanliness
