Monadelphous is seeking a highly organised, committed, and proactive HSE Administrator to join our team on a major power station project.
This role will operate on a 2:1 DIDO roster from Brisbane and surrounding areas to Chinchilla, QLD. This is a fixed-term opportunity, with the project commencing in October 2026 and expected to run through to 2029.
Working closely with the site HSE team, you will play a key role in supporting project safety outcomes through the management of safety documentation, workforce compliance records, reporting, and administrative coordination.

Maintain HSE records, incident reports, and safety documentation.

Process safety statistics, training records, competencies, and site inductions.

Coordinate site safety communications, toolbox documentation, and meeting minutes.

Support HSE Advisors, Supervisors, and Project Management with day-to-day administrative requirements.

Monitor workforce compliance against company and client HSE management systems.

Assist with audits, reporting, and document control processes.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry across HSE systems and databases.

Previous experience in a Site Administrator, HSE Administrator, or project support role within construction, mining, resources, energy, or heavy industrial environments.

Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.

Exceptional attention to detail and highly developed organisational skills.

Strong record-keeping and document control capability.

Effective communication skills with the ability to engage across a diverse site workforce.

Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Business Administration or HSE-related administration certifications, will be highly regarded.
