About the Opportunity
We are now recruiting for an Information Enablement Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Information, Communications and Technology Manager, this role is responsible for the leadership of a cross functional team ensuring that information sharing requirements are addressed in a manner that mitigates the risk of information sharing activities for the AUKUS program.
The role will partner extensively with stakeholders across multiple business areas to ensure that the AUKUS team has a consistent and secure approach to information gathering, sharing and storage.
The role will lead a team of two people however this team may grow as the AUKUS program evolves.
Some interstate and international travel may be required from time-to-time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive framework for information sharing that addresses all program requirements and mitigates risk.
- Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements, actions, and generate communications to inform wider stakeholders and program staff.
- Create and facilitate training materials and sessions for program team members to ensure they are well-equipped to handle information sharing tasks.
- Act as the business stakeholder for the development of appropriate IT systems, tools, and equipment to support information sharing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by updating processes, tools, and training materials as needed
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with ASC policies and procedures.
About You
- The ability to establish and maintain superior working relationships with senior stakeholders in a complex, matrix-structured organization is essential
- Previous experience leading a program of work on a significant scale is essential
- Prior experience in an information management role is advantageous but not essential
- An understanding of Intellectual Property management, Export Controls and the handling of classified information would be advantageous but not essential
- Prior experience in managing a large-scale transformation such as an ERP implementation or the establishment of an international supply chain would be highly advantageous
Eligibility
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and may require an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
