Decidr is part of Decidr AI Industries (ASX: DAI), an agentic transformation group building the infrastructure for organisations to become truly AI-native.
As part of DAI, you’ll work within a broader ecosystem that includes
Decidr.ai: DecidrOS, an agentic operating system that connects data, workflows, and decision-making
Sugarwork: focused on capturing tacit knowledge and enabling AI-driven workflow intelligence
Together, they let leadership teams redesign how work gets done - embedding AI agents into the workflows, decisions and operating rhythms that run the business. We work alongside our customers to identify where intelligent agents create the most leverage, then design, deploy and scale agentic systems that plan, decide and execute real business work — turning AI from experiment into an operating model.
Backed by DAI, you’ll gain exposure beyond a single entity — working across a group that combines the agility of scaling platforms with the structure and ambition of an ASX-listed company.
