About the Role
As our Plumbing Specialist, you will act as the trusted technical partner for plumbers across the region, combining deep technical knowledge with strong commercial awareness.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the application, installation and maintenance of our products, while also strengthening relationships within the plumbing community.
This role sits at the intersection of technical excellence and market growth, giving you the opportunity to shape customer experience whilst influencing product advocacy and sales outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for:
Acting as the go-to technical expert, supporting plumbers with troubleshooting, installation guidance and product application
Partnering closely with our sales teams to deliver practical, solution-focused outcomes for customers
Delivering engaging technical training to both internal teams and external trade partners
Building strong relationships with key maintenance plumbers and growing long-term partnerships
Providing valuable market insights and acting as the “voice of the plumber” to inform product development, training and quality improvements
Supporting the growth of our commercial initiatives and driving demand through technical expertise and customer advocacy
About You
You are a highly credible plumbing professional with real on-the-tools experience and a strong network within the industry.
You thrive in a customer-facing environment and enjoy solving problems, sharing knowledge and building trusted relationships. You bring a practical mindset, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others.
You will also bring:
A plumbing trade qualification (or equivalent experience)
Strong technical background and a solid understanding of industry standards and building codes
Proven ability to troubleshoot and provide technical solutions
Confidence in delivering training and engaging with groups
A commercial mindset and ability to identify opportunities in the market
