We’re looking for a
Procurement Coordinator to support our National Procurement function and play a key role in supplier relationships, product implementation, and continuous improvement across our business.

About the Role
Reporting to the National Procurement Manager, the Procurement Coordinator is responsible for delivering a full range of procurement services to both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You’ll be the first point of contact for purchasing queries, work closely with suppliers on performance and pricing, and support the broader procurement and estimating functions.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Review supplier performance across site activity, pricing, business support, and HSE requirements
- Liaise with suppliers regarding new products, pricing updates, performance, and ongoing category requirements
- Act as the first point of contact between suppliers and the business
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on new products/processes
- Prepare recommendations for the National Procurement Manager based on supplier and product reviews
- Communicate supplier, pricing or process changes to relevant internal teams
- Support and collaborate with the National Estimating Systems Team
- Partner with The Edge selection studio on product implementation and review
- Contribute to process improvements across procurement and estimating
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills
What You’ll Bring
- Diploma or Certificate in Building/Construction (or relevant experience)
- Strong understanding of estimating and construction processes
- Ability to interpret plans, specifications and technical documentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proven analytical, problem‑solving and organisational capability
- High attention to detail and ability to work proactively across teams
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and working knowledge of construction databases
- Experience in reviewing and improving workplace practices
