About QROM
QROM is a Sydney-based cybersecurity, that has been protecting Australian businesses since 2018. We help organisations across regulated industries — including NDIS, construction, financial services, and professional services — defend against modern cyber threats with practical, high-impact security solutions.
We're growing, and we're looking for a driven Sales & Lead Generation professional to help us reach more businesses that need real cybersecurity protection.
The Role
We're after someone who knows how to open doors, build pipeline, and turn conversations into clients. You'll be representing a company with a genuine track record — not a cold product with no proof points.
What you'll do:
- Identify and prospect potential clients across target industries
- Generate and qualify new business leads through outbound and networking efforts
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from first contact through to close
- Represent QROM's services clearly and credibly to business owners and decision-makers
- Collaborate with our technical team to scope client needs accurately
- Report on pipeline activity and progress toward targets
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in sales and/or lead generation (cybersecurity, IT, or B2B services background highly regarded, but not essential)
- Confident communicator who can talk to business owners
- Self-motivated — comfortable working autonomously in a hybrid/remote setup
- Organised, persistent, and results-driven
- Based in or around Sydney (for occasional in-person collaboration)
What's on Offer
- Commission-based structure with strong earning potential tied directly to results
- Hybrid/Remote flexibility — work where you're most productive
- Backing of an established, credible cybersecurity brand (since 2018)
- Real product-market fit — you're selling something businesses genuinely need
- Room to grow as QROM's sales function scales
