Facilities Asset Scheduler – One Year Fixed Term – Perth
As our Facilities Asset Scheduler, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our property portfolio remains safe, compliant, reliable and fit for purpose. You'll manage asset information, coordinate maintenance schedules, and make sure the right work happens at the right time with the right resources. You'll be the central point of coordination between facilities management teams, contractors, commercial partners and internal stakeholders, helping to deliver efficient maintenance programs that support our people and workplaces.
Please note this is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
What you'll be doing
Own and maintain facilities asset data, ensuring information is accurate, current and fit for planning purposes.
Coordinate planned maintenance schedules across a diverse property portfolio.
Create and manage work schedules, resource allocation plans and work staging activities.
Triage incoming maintenance requests and direct work to the appropriate teams and service providers.
Monitor maintenance performance, analyse costs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Produce accurate reporting on maintenance activities, asset performance and expenditure.
Audit preventative maintenance documentation and ensure compliance obligations are met.
Process maintenance invoices and support effective contract administration.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure facilities remain operational, compliant and well maintained.
What you'll bring
Experience in scheduling, planning or maintenance coordination.
Strong experience managing large volumes of data and information.
Exceptional organisational, administrative and prioritisation skills.
Experience in asset management, maintenance coordination and database management.
Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and work order systems.
The ability to analyse information, identify trends and recommend improvements.
Facilities management or commercial property management experience is favourable.
Experience using systems such as Cognos, Ellipse, Ariba, Urbanise, or similar enterprise asset management and scheduling platforms.
Relevant tertiary qualifications, trade qualifications, or significant equivalent industry experience.
