About the Opportunity

We are partnering with one of Australia's leading financial services organisations to secure an experienced Systems Administrator / Developer specialising in Archer (formerly RSA Archer). In this initial 6-month engagement, you will play a key role within the Risk Platforms team, driving the administration, development, and ongoing configuration of the organisation's Archer environment to support critical risk management functions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the Archer platform.

Design and implement platform enhancements, custom applications, workflows, and dashboards.

Collaborate with Risk & Compliance stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical Archer solutions.

Manage user permissions, access controls, data feeds, and system integrations.

Troubleshoot system issues and ensure optimal platform performance and stability.
Key Requirements

Proven hands-on experience in Archer development, configuration, and administration (essential).

Background in financial services, banking, or superannuation is highly regarded.

Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to deliver quality solutions within fixed timeframes.
