Due to continued growth, we're looking for a compassionate and motivated Clinical Psychologist, Registered Psychologist or Registrar to join our Yeppoon clinic.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an established caseload from commencement. With strong referral pathways and a consistent waitlist, you'll be working with a diverse range of clients across the lifespan, with the majority of referrals involving adolescents and adults.

Invision Psychology is a well-established private psychology practice providing high quality psychological services across Central Queensland and via telehealth.
We support children, adolescents, adults and families through evidence-based therapy, psychological assessments and NDIS services. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional client care while fostering a workplace where clinicians feel supported, valued and empowered to grow.
About the Role
You'll join a busy and established practice with a strong reputation throughout the region. Thanks to our extensive referral network from GPs, psychiatrists, schools, NDIS providers and other health professionals, you'll have access to a consistent flow of referrals and the opportunity to build a rewarding caseload immediately.
The majority of your work will involve supporting adolescents and adults, while also having the opportunity to work with clients across the lifespan if this aligns with your interests.
Presentations commonly include:
- Anxiety and depression
- Trauma and PTSD
- Stress and burnout
- ADHD and Autism
- Emotional regulation difficulties
- Relationship challenges
- Mood disorders
- Grief and adjustment
- Workplace issues
- General mental health concerns
There are also opportunities to complete psychological and psychometric assessments, depending on your experience and interests.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence based psychological therapy to adolescents and adults, with opportunities to work across all age groups.
- Develop collaborative treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct psychological and psychometric assessments where appropriate.
- Prepare comprehensive clinical reports and correspondence.
- Liaise with GPs, psychiatrists, schools and other allied health professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with professional standards.
- Provide telehealth services when required.
About You
You'll be someone who is passionate about helping people achieve meaningful change and values working within a supportive team environment.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist or Registrar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience or training in evidence based therapies such as CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT, Schema Therapy or other recognised modalities.
- Strong clinical reasoning and report writing skills.
- A compassionate, client centred approach.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
