About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our Service Department. You will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives a professional and seamless service experience from booking to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities-
Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.

Manage service bookings and accurately document customer concerns.

Prepare service estimates and explain recommended work to customers.

Liaise with technicians and workshop staff regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.

Process invoices and finalise service transactions.

Promote manufacturer-recommended maintenance and additional service products where appropriate.

Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Previous experience in a Service Advisor, automotive customer service, or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

A current and valid driver's licence.
