We are currently seeking exceptional Food and Beverage attendants with a professional manner to work at Union, University and Schools Club on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday.
Union, University and Schools Club is located on Bent Street, just a short stroll from Martins Place and Circular Quay. UUSC is a members Club only and provide breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as functions and corporate meetings.
We require people who are guest orientated, friendly, attentive and have a "can do" attitude to WOW our members and guests.
Your key duties will include:
- Knowledge in wine, other beverages and service techniques
- Familiarity with fine dining standards
- Establish and dismantle dining setups
- Maintain cleanliness in all service areas
- Replenish items and ensure glassware and utensils are clean
You will have:
- Preferably education within the hospitality industry
- 2 years’ work experience within hospitality,
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster
- An eager to learn and develop your skills
- Rights to work in Australia.

Duties:
- Greeting guests and directing them to their seats or designated areas
- Delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Providing attentive service to guests, answering questions, and fulfilling special request
- Assisting other team members during peak times or when needed
- Reporting feedback to the manager for continuous improvement
- Cleaning, resetting tables and ensuring the venue is tidy and ready for next event
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $32.31 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
