We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Member Services Team Member to join our team! If you're passionate about creating outstanding experiences, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming members and visitors and creating a positive club experience.
- Conduct club tours, sign up new members, follow up enquiries, and promote Personal Training and other club events.
- Build strong relationships with members and professionally resolve enquiries and concerns.
- Manage phone and email enquiries, complete general administration, maintain accurate records, and assist with retail sales.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented club by completing cleaning tasks, and reporting maintenance or safety issues.

- Has excellent communication and people skills.
- Is confident speaking with new people and enjoys sales.
- Takes initiative and works well independently.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
- Has a genuine passion for health and fitness.
- Is willing to role up your sleeves and help keep the gym clean
- Is willing to work across multiple Club Lime locations in the Geelong area
What you'll bring
Essential
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Over the age of 18
Highly regarded
- Experience in a gym, health, retail or hospitality environment.
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Passion for the fitness industry.
