About the role
Join the Facilities Management Central team as a Contact Service Officer, where you'll be the first point of contact for Facilities Management enquiries.
You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by triaging requests, coordinating service responses, and ensuring enquiries are directed to the right teams.
Working in a fast-paced help desk environment, you'll help keep hospital facilities running smoothly while supporting staff, patients, visitors and contractors.
Key Accountabilities

Providing customer service responding to FM service requests

Liasing with customers regarding tasks

Data entry, management, and reporting

Monitor resource & asset allocation

Administration of purchase orders and associated invoicing
About You

Proven experience in a customer service role, with strong administrative and organisational skills.

High attention to detail with accurate data entry and effective information management.

A collaborative team player committed to delivering excellent service to RMH staff and patients.
