About Us
Sentience Personal Training is a well-established, home-based fitness studio located in Diamond Creek. With over 15 years in operation, we specialise in semi-personal training, over 60's strength sessions and healthy lifestyle coaching, whilst offering a supportive, down-to-earth environment where trainers and members thrive.
We deliver 47+ semi-personal sessions each week, as well as daily strength classes for older adults (max 8 participants). Our focus is on building meaningful relationships and providing a high-quality coaching experience.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Personal Trainer to join our small team. This role involves delivering semi-personal training (maximum 5 clients per session) and occasional one-on-one 30-minute personal training.
Two roles available:
Casual position for regular weekly shifts and occasional fill-ins
Permanent Part-Time opportunity for the right candidate
Trainers will use pre-existing program structures and templates, with the flexibility to contribute their own style and input.
Key Responsibilities
Coach semi-personal training and small group sessions
Build positive relationships with members
Contribute to a supportive, professional, and welcoming studio culture
Apply programming templates and provide technique feedback
Deliver occasional one-on-one PT sessions (30 min format)

What We’re Looking For
Cert IV in Fitness (minimum requirement)
Current First Aid and CPR
Insurance
Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to client outcomes
Strong interpersonal skills and team-minded approach
Previous experience preferred but not essential — attitude matters most
