Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Do
- Act as the welcoming face of the campus cafe, setting a positive tone for staff and students.
- Craft consistently excellent espresso coffees and hot beverages during the vibrant morning peak periods.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and highly hygienic espresso bar environment to premium standards.
- Process point-of-sale customer transactions quickly and accurately using a simple digital system.
- Monitor daily milk and stock levels to ensure the station is perfectly prepared for the week.
About You
- Extensive experience operating commercial espresso machinery in fast-paced environments is essential.
- A naturally engaging, polite communication style makes delivering top-tier customer service effortless.
- Exceptional punctuality ensures the espresso machine is dialled in and ready to pour exactly at 7:00 am.
- Strong multitasking skills allow you to handle the morning rush with absolute calm and precision.
- Current, verified Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance is mandatory before stepping into the role.
