JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled dental assistant/receptionist to join our team at our Indooroopilly clinic.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Adapt between roles (dental assistant and receptionist)
- Quick learner
- Ability to work well in a team environment but can also work independently when required
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
- Chair-side assistance
- Sterilization procedures
- Preparing for dental procedures
- General reception, greeting patients
- Scheduling and processing patient appointments via phone or in person
- Manage patient invoicing and receipting (HICAPS – private health fund and Medicare)
- Reporting to practice manager
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $20.00 – $34.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
