We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our professional and supportive team.
About the Role
As our 3 YEAR OLD Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a key role in providing a high-quality kindergarten program that supports children’s learning, development, wellbeing and school readiness.
You will:
· Develop and implement an engaging, play-based kindergarten program.
· Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
· Observe, document and assess children’s learning and development.
· Plan experiences based on children’s interests, strengths, abilities and individual needs.
· Support children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
· Embed literacy, numeracy, STEM, sustainability and creative learning opportunities.
· Incorporate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives respectfully throughout the curriculum.
· Work collaboratively with educators, families and relevant professionals.
· Contribute to the service’s Quality Improvement Plan and continuous improvement practices.
· Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and service requirements.
· Create an inclusive environment where every child feels valued, respected and supported.
· Support a smooth transition to school and positive relationships with local schools and community services.
About You

- Respectful of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories and perspectives.
Essential Requirements
- Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
- Current FULL VIT registration or eligibility for registration.
- Current Working with Children Check. (If you have one)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications.
- Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and National Quality Framework.
- Demonstrated commitment to the Victorian Child Safe Standards.
- Completed Foundation Mandatory Reporting Certificate

Pay: $41.00 – $48.00 per hour
