About you:
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills with a strong ability to multi-task
A passion for hospitality and a desire to provide the best service for our guests
Superior guest service skills, along with excellent service resolution skills
The flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
Experience in a guest relations or front office role is advantageous.
