Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the North Brisbane Area for a Print Production Specialist. The role involves managing the end-to-end print production process, including preparing files for print, operating digital and offset printers, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards and deadlines. The specialist will handle printing and finishing tasks such as cutting, laminating, and binding, while maintaining equipment and monitoring supplies. Day-to-day responsibilities also include working closely with customers and internal team members to clarify project requirements, resolve production issues, and support the delivery of high-quality marketing materials and signage.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Print Production and Printing for managing and executing diverse print jobs.
- Should possess skills in Print Design and working with Printers to prepare accurate, print-ready files and operate production equipment.
- Strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively with clients and support their print and signage needs.
- Experience with digital and large-format printing, finishing processes, and basic equipment maintenance is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple jobs, and commitment to meeting deadlines are essential.
- Familiarity with design and prepress software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and prior experience in a print or signage environment are advantageous.
Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
