Are you the friendly and organised person who keeps a clinic running smoothly? Moorditj Koort Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a compassionate Receptionist to join our Parmelia and Armadale Clinic Team. This role requires travel between the two sites.
This full-time position is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for clients while providing strong administrative support to our health professionals.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our community, you’ll ensure that every person who walks through our doors feels respected and cared for. You’ll also play a key role behind the scenes to keep clinic operations efficient and culturally safe.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting clients and families in a warm, professional, and culturally respectful manner
- Managing appointments, phone, and email enquiries
- Supporting medical and health staff with reception and administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate client records and organised systems
- Processing Medicare and billing information
- Coordinating supplies, catering, and small events
- Ensuring the reception and waiting areas remain calm, clean, and inviting

You’ll bring:
- Experience in medical reception, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using computers and booking systems
- A calm, caring approach and the ability to multitask
- Qualification or relevant experience in administration or medical reception
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
- Working with Children Check
- Vulnerable Peoples Check
- COVID-19 Vaccination
