About the Role

In this role, you are much more than just someone standing behind a camera—you are the life of the party and the face of our business. You will manage photo booth events from start to finish, ensuring our clients and their guests have an unforgettable, high-quality experience.
While the job itself is straightforward and we provide full training, you must be someone who can work autonomously, think on your feet, and maintain a meticulous eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Setup & Pack Down: Arrive early to venues to unload, assemble backdrops, and set up the photo booth equipment. Efficiently pack everything away at the end of the night.
- Guest Engagement & Hosting: Enthusiastically welcome guests, encourage them to use the props, and guide them to strike their best poses.
- Quality Control: Maintain a meticulous eye for photography detail. You’ll be responsible for checking the flash, adjusting lighting, and ensuring print quality is crisp and perfect throughout the night.
- Safety & Presentation: Keep the booth area clean and presentable. Ensure safety protocols are followed, including taping down cords securely to prevent tripping hazards.
- Brand Representation: Act as a professional, polite, and presentable representative of our business at all times.
What We Are Looking For
- A Vibrant Personality: You must be naturally bubbly, friendly, and comfortable interacting with large groups of people celebrating.
- Autonomy & Reliability: Punctuality is non-negotiable. You need to be a self-starter who can manage an event independently without hand-holding.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for framing, lighting, and general presentation.
- Physical Capability: This job requires some heavy lifting. You must be able to comfortably lift and carry equipment (up to [insert weight, e.g., 20kg/45lbs]) during setup and pack down.
- Availability: Primarily weekend evening availability (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
- Transport: A valid driver’s license and reliable transport to get to various event venues is highly preferred.
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
