Production Operator – Nut Roasting
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join a well-established nut roasting business based in Condell Park.

About the role
You will be responsible for:
- Operating PLC-controlled dry roasting machinery
- Filling and labelling product batches
- Managing daily production jobs through a tablet-based system
- Learning product cooking processes and temperature settings for a range of nut products
- General manual handling and production support
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will:
- Be confident using touch screens and tablet systems
- Have strong English reading and writing skills
- Be physically fit and comfortable with regular manual work
- Have a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Be reliable and looking for long-term stability
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
No cooking experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Pay & opportunity
This role will commence through 888 Workforce at:
$31.19 per hour
After an initial trial period of approximately 1-2 months, the successful candidate will move directly onto the client’s payroll with an increased rate of:
$35–$40 per hour
with further salary growth available as the role develops.
