Male Disability Support Workers – Challenging Client | Evening Shifts
Seeking confident, physically capable DSWs for home support, 4:00pm–7:30pm.
- Client may punch or kick if approached too closely; established safety protocols and routines significantly reduce risk.
- Personal care includes showering and toileting, with appropriate training and safety procedures provided.
- Best suited to calm, observant workers who can follow instructions and maintain safe boundaries.
- Once confident, opportunities may be available at separate day centre, including free 1-hour trial sessions at evening shifts.
Smart DSWs who follow the routine will find the client relatively easy to support.
Pay: $45.00 – $52.63 per hour
