Who are we looking for? We're looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager who is eager to build a career delivering technology projects. You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers, consultants and engineers to coordinate customer projects from planning through to successful delivery and operational handover.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of project management, project coordination or project administration experience who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and learning within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll do
- Support the delivery of infrastructure, cloud and managed services projects.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, reporting and documentation.
- Coordinate project activities across technical teams, customers and stakeholders.
- Track project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and issues.
- Prepare status reports, meeting minutes and project communications.
- Ensure smooth transition of completed projects into operational support.
- Escalate risks, issues and dependencies when required.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Learn AC3 delivery methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
What we'd love to see
- 1–2 years' experience in Project Management, Project Coordination or Project Administration.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience preparing project documentation and status reports.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- A genuine desire to build a career in Project Management.
A plus if you have…
- Experience working within an MSP or Systems Integrator.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Experience supporting Enterprise or Government customers.
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBOK or Agile.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications.
