Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Operator to join our team.
This role will support the Drafting Production and broader Land Development team across project work involving survey data, data reduction, calculations and plan preparation. You will liaise with Surveyors and Project Managers to deliver plans that are fit for purpose, undertake plan auditing and other survey data tasks as required.

In this role you will be contributing to the delivery of high-quality client outcomes across a range of projects. Key to your success will be your attention to detail, your technical aptitude, and your willingness to learn and develop your skills. You will be responsible for:
Ideally, you’ll have
- A mix of experience in a Field Survey and office-based role with a strong understanding of systems such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD and Trimble Business centre.
- Knowledge of Plan auditing process and survey data reduction/cleaning
- A strong desire to undertake high quality work
What We Also Need
- Previous experience within a similar role, or related industry.
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Experience with Civil 3D or 12D
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated high level of communication and interpersonal skills
