About this opportunity:
ICC Sydney are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Casual Uniform Room Team Member to join our team.
You will work closely with the Presentation Services department alongside our Uniform Room Team to coordinate efficient daily operations of the ICC Sydney Uniform Room, including but not limited to:

Providing counter support

Support new team members, including casuals with uniform fittings and allocation.

Utilise sewing machines, ironing stations, and other tools safely and effectively.

Alter uniforms for new employees.
-
Attention to detail when measuring, creating, and altering uniforms.
-
Assist in laundry dry cleaning services and Linen services.
-
Assist in maintaining stock control / supplies and linen as directed by Uniform room Team Leader.
-
Control and manage uniform room inventory including fabric materials.
-
Communicating stock levels to the Team Leader and Supervisor, specifically when needed to be replenished.

Perform basic computer tasks such as recording uniform allocations and stocktake.

Keeping the Uniform Room clean and tidy, in line with the Work Health & Safety policy.

Required Skills & Experience:

Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late finishes, weekends and public holidays.

Work safely and correctly, follow processes, procedures, and instructions from Presentation Services Management.

Ability to use washing and drying equipment.

Basic sewing, ironing and alteration skills (machine and hand stitching).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Maintain professional grooming standard and presentation at all times.

Valid working rights in Australia.

You must be 18 years or over.
