About the Role
As a Shutdown Electrical Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating electrical teams on shutdown projects. You will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company and client expectations.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking Electrical Supervisors to join our Continuous Shutdown Crew across the Pilbara, Western Australia. With newly revised rates, now is the perfect time to begin the recruitment process.
This is an ongoing opportunity with a rolling shutdown schedule – ideal for those seeking consistent FIFO/site-based work with a reputable employer.

- To be successful in this role you will require:
- Experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the mining and resource sector on projects and shutdowns
- Working knowledge of on-site statutory electrical requirements
- Schedule 26 (modules and completed exam)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A demonstrated commitment to safety and company values
- WA A Grade Electrical Licence
- Working at Heights certification
- Current First Aid (including LVR/CPR within the last 12 months)
- High Risk Work Licence (EWP over 11m)
- Valid WA C Class or HR Driver’s Licence
- Highly desired but not essential:
- Rio Tinto (RTIO) inductions
- BHP Inductions
- FMG inductions
- Demonstrate first attack firefighting equipment
