What We're Looking For
✔ Strong barista experience with the ability to consistently produce high-quality coffee
✔ Experience working in busy café environments
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
✔ Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
✔ Strong understanding of café operations and cleanliness standards
✔ Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
✔ Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required
✔ A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
What You'll Be Doing
☕ Preparing and serving high-quality espresso-based coffees and beverages
☕ Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
☕ Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the café and coffee station
☕ Assisting with opening and closing procedures
☕ Processing customer orders and handling transactions
☕ Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
