The Role
Based in Newcastle, you'll manage a portfolio of community housing properties across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. You'll work closely with tenants to support successful tenancy outcomes while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.
This role offers a rewarding mix of tenancy management, client support, stakeholder engagement and advocacy.
About You
You are an experienced tenancy, property or housing professional who is passionate about helping people achieve stable housing outcomes.
You'll bring:
- Experience in tenancy management within community, public or private housing
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and tenancy management practices
- Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and those with complex needs
- Strong communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Experience preparing for and representing matters at NCAT (highly regarded)
- Strong administration and computer skills
- Current NSW Driver Licence
