Office Administrator (Part-Time Casual)
We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our construction business in a part-time casual role.
This position is ideal for someone who is straightforward, professional, and looking for stable part-time work within a supportive and positive team environment. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn our existing systems and processes, work closely with management, and become a valued part of the team.
Role Details
- Casual part-time position
- 3 days per week
- Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming emails and phone calls
- Employee onboarding and inductions
- Processing timesheets and dockets
- Tracking and recording business expenses
- Maintaining up-to-date employee and plant records
- Managing and maintaining the Dashpivot system
- Assisting with social media updates and general business support
- General office administration and coordination duties

- Is comfortable learning new systems and processes
Experience & Skills
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Experience in construction administration highly regarded
- Confident using Microsoft Office programs
- Experience with Dashpivot/Sitemate is an advantage, but not essential
