Delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care and case management that supports recovery and resilience
Leading clinical decision-making and partnering with multidisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful outcomes
Building strong relationships with families, carers and community services to coordinate holistic care
Driving quality improvements and sharing knowledge to enhance care standards and team capability

You're a confident and compassionate clinician who leads with integrity and purpose. You bring sound clinical judgement, think critically in complex situations and know how to connect with young people and families in a way that builds trust. Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
Strong experience in mental health care, including assessment, planning and case management
Ability to work collaboratively and lead within multidisciplinary teams
Skilled in risk assessment, decision-making and delivering safe, high-quality care
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in rural or community mental health settings and/or postgraduate qualifications or credentials in mental health nursing.
Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage to every interaction, helping create a positive impact for young people and their families.
