-
Senior Stakeholder Management: Partner with executive sponsors and cross-functional leaders across Marketing, Commercial, Product, P&C and Finance to align event objectives with broader business priorities. Chair steering meetings, present progress and risks, and influence decision-making across the business.
-
On-Site Event Leadership: Lead on-site event delivery, acting as the central point of authority across production, suppliers and internal teams. Make real-time decisions, manage risk and ensure each event is executed to the standard of the Luxury Escapes brand.
-
Budget & Commercial Ownership: Own event budgets end-to-end, including forecasting, approvals, vendor negotiation and variance management. Partner with Finance on event P&L and report commercial performance to the Head of Marketing and CMO.
-
Post-Event Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Lead post-event reviews, including ROI analysis, stakeholder debriefs and learnings against commercial and brand KPIs. Translate insights into improvements that elevate the quality and impact of future Luxury Escapes events.
