What You'll Do
- Oversee floor operations during busy service
- Support and coach front of house team members
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
- Resolve guest enquiries professionally and confidently
- Maintain high presentation and service standards
- Work closely with venue leadership to deliver smooth operations
You'll Bring
- Experience supervising front of house in a busy pub, restaurant or hospitality venue
- The ability to motivate and support a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
- Current Queensland RSA
- Availability across week days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
