We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional emergency care and driving excellence in clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Take your emergency nursing expertise to the next level in a fast-paced, dynamic team. As a Clinical Nurse you will:
- Deliver expert, patient-centred care in the Emergency Department.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your nursing team.
- Collaborate with doctors, allied health and external partners.
- Support education, quality improvement, and research initiatives.
- Drive positive change and maintain high standards of care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Registered Nurse with a minimum 3 years post-registration experience, preferably in Emergency Nursing.
- Passion for mentoring and supporting junior staff.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
