We are seeking experienced cocktail bartenders. Working behind the bar, you will be the face of the venue, often the first person guests see when they walk in. Warmly welcoming guests and making them feel comfortable is a must. This is a very hands-on position, interacting and talking with guests to deliver a service that goes above and beyond.
Your Responsibilities:
Focus on the guests and provide an exceptional guest experience.
Prepare the bar with everything needed for the service.
Mix and serve drinks to a consistent and high standard.
Maintain stock levels.
About you:
Excellent communication and customer focus.
Eagerness to develop knowledge in all food and beverage areas, including cocktails, beers and wine.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of initiative and positive attitude.
Vibrant, fun personality.
RSA certification is required.

The Dry Dock is conveniently located directly opposite Mort Bay Park and Thames St, Balmain Ferry Wharf – only 11 minutes from Circular Quay. There is ample ‘all day’ free car parking located in the streets around the venue.
