The Preschool Coordinator (Early Years) is responsible for the development, management, delivery, and evaluation of quality early childhood programs and plans in the School-Based Preschool. This role includes reporting against required accountability and quality frameworks. The coordinator will provide leadership and support to all staff (school and preschool) in Early Years Pedagogy, with a particular emphasis on the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework principles, practices, and learning outcomes. The coordinator shares the responsibility for the daily and ongoing management of the Preschool with the Principal and leads effective transition processes for entry to preschool and school, working collaboratively with Early Years Teachers and preschools across Port Augusta to ensure continuity of learning.
