1. Ability to work in busy kitchen.
2. Knowledge about food handling.
3. Minimum 3 years of Experience as South Indian chef (Kerala cuisine preffered).
4. Planning menu, ordering food supplies, estimating food and labour costs.
5. Monitoring food quality at all stages of preparation and presentation.
6. Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations.
7. May select and train staff.
8. May freeze and preserve foods.

Pay: $74,000.00 – $77,000.00 per year
