About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Café All-Rounder with strong customer service skills and barista support experience. Main duties include:
- Greeting customers and taking orders
- Barista support (milk prep, bean refills, grinder assistance, basic espresso tasks)
- Preparing and serving beverages
- Food running, clearing tables, maintaining a clean dining area
- Operating POS and handling payments
- Assisting with opening and closing routines
- Creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for guests
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year café FOH or barista support experience
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, positive and team-oriented
- Basic understanding of coffee workflow (preferred)
- Must have Australian work rights
