- Have a strong understanding of key social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok
- Social-media savvy, with the ability to capture, edit, and produce high-quality social media content
- Demonstrate strong skills in social content video editing
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with marketing and operations teams
Content Creator responsibilities include:
- Assist with the planning, creation and execution of engaging social media content
- Represent YOMG confidently on camera for social media, promotions, and campaign launches
- Comfortable stepping into the action during service periods to capture authentic, real-time moments, POV-style content, and behind-the-scenes footage that brings the in-store experience to life
- Play a key role in executing brand marketing campaigns and content strategies
- Drive strategic content planning and broader marketing initiatives to help evolve and strengthen YOMG’s marketing brand identity
- Identify growth opportunities across social platforms, with a strong focus on expanding reach and performance on TikTok
- Attend and capture content at community activations, local sporting clubs, schools, and partner events
- Support brand storytelling by highlighting products, people, and community moments
