We are seeking a reliable and motivated Catering Assistant to support our busy kitchen operations in Middle Swan. This role is ideal for someone with experience in food preparation, hospitality, catering, or customer service who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
You will assist with meal preparation, food service, kitchen cleaning, and customer support while maintaining high food safety and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items including salads, sandwiches, and texture-modified meals
- Assist with meal service, ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer service
- Restock supplies before, during, and after service periods
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing duties
- Set tables and assist with plating and meal distribution
Skills and Experiences:
About You
- Previous experience in food preparation and/or customer service
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery highly regarded
- Experience in contract catering, aged care, healthcare, or food service environments is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
