Child Care Educator | Permanent Full Time - KU The Chase, Roseville
KU The Chase is a tranquil, exceeding-rated preschool in Roseville, licensed for 40 children. Surrounded by natural play spaces and established gardens, the service provides a rich learning environment where sustainability, exploration and meaningful connections with children are at the heart of daily practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Child Care Educator with a contemporary pedagogical and practice lens to join a collaborative team committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care.
This is a permanent full-time preschool role in a pack away NSW term based service, where the pace is fast and the ability to work well as part of a team is essential.
You will build strong relationships with children and families, contribute positively to the daily rhythm of the service, and use clear, professional communication to support a warm, inclusive and responsive learning environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Australian working rights
- A current NSW Working with Children Check
- An ACECQA-approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Current approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Completed Child Protection training
- A sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- A passion for supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development
- Contemporary pedagogical knowledge and confidence in reflective practice
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced pack away service environment
