WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR – PERTH
We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy fabrication business in Belmont.
This is a hands-on, customer-focused role overseeing the day-to-day operations of a small warehouse and supervising a team of 5.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a small warehouse team
- Manage goods receipting, despatch, picking & packing
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Coordinate logistics and external suppliers
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and organisation
- Drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations
- Maintain a strong focus on OHS
About You:
- Proven warehouse and/or logistics experience
- Strong forklift experience, particularly handling oversized/awkward loads
- Computer literate, ideally with warehouse/inventory software or ERP experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible, reliable and willing to learn
- Strong commitment to workplace health & safety
Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 2:15pm
Friday: 6:00am – 1:00pm
38 hours per week + overtime as required
