About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Communications & Change Analyst to work within our CTO (Transformation) division.
This role sits within a major organisational transformation program and is focused on delivering clear, practical communications that support system and process changes across the organisation. You will play a key role in helping employees understand, adopt and engage with change initiatives as we move toward go-live.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end communication activities from planning through to delivery across multiple channels
- Developing clear, targeted messaging tailored to different stakeholder groups
- Producing a range of communication materials including FAQs, intranet content, email updates, campaign collateral and videos
- Maintaining communication channels (e.g. intranet and digital platforms) as reliable sources of project information
- Supporting change initiatives by aligning communications with project milestones, pilot phases and deployment activities
- Collaborating with project teams, leaders and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging
- Coordinating communication campaigns to drive awareness, understanding and action across the workforce
- Translating complex or technical information into clear, user-friendly content
- Contributing to stakeholder engagement and change readiness activities

- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in evolving project landscapes
- A focus on delivering practical, outcomes-driven communication solutions
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
What We Look For
- Experience delivering communications within a project, transformation or change environment
- Demonstrated experience managing communication channels and producing a range of content formats
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
- Experience coordinating communication campaigns across digital platforms
- Confidence using digital tools and platforms, including AI-enabled tools (e.g. Copilot)
- Video content creation skills or experience developing multimedia content (highly regarded)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments and “hit the ground running”
- Relevant qualifications in communications, marketing, business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
