Position available
Restaurant Manager - help lead all operations of our fantastic Two Chefs Hats restaurant located within the iconic Sydney Opera House.
The ultimate responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage the day-to-day running of Bennelong. The position requires the management of all levels of Front of House staff, setting an inspiring and positive culture, ensuring the highest standards of service are provided at all times, set up/breakdown of the restaurant, and training and development of our team. This position requires direct liaison with General Manager, management of all restaurant staff, external stakeholders, and the ability to promote and uphold a professional and fast paced working environment.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining restaurant.
- 5+ years’ experience working in a fine dining restaurant in various roles, including Management positions.
- Cert IV in Frontline Management and/or Diploma of Management
- Ability to lead a busy restaurant whilst executing exceptional service.
- A passionate leader, invested in the development and success of their team.
- Ability to motivate and drive a large team.
- Strong knowledge of the Restaurant Industry Award
- Coordinate weekly meeting with all venue departments.
